Hello, hello! I have two pieces of exciting news to share with you today.

One, I have a new mic. It's a professional podcasting mic, it's very shiny and new, and it swivels. Hopefully as I grow more comfortable recording on this thing and I figure out a system for editing the audio, the sound quality of the podcast will improve.

The other piece of news kicks off today's episode, where I go off about the diamond mining industry and the problems with engagement rings.
